Japan's Steel Production Down

Pyongyang, February 23 (KCNA) -- Crude steel production in Japan fell down 10.6 percent from a year earlier, the Japan Iron and Steel Federation said Monday.

Department store sales in Japan fell 1.1 percent in January from a year earlier on a same-store basis.
