German Human Rights Czar Demands Guantanamo Closure

| Pyongyang, February 24 (KCNA) -- Germany on Monday called on the U.S. to close the prisoner camp on Guantanamo, according to press reports. The human rights coordinator of the German government, Markus Loening charged that civilians are held for the so-called terror suspects. The German diplomat criticized the fact that the suspects were kept confined in the camp as a result of martial law. |
