The work, published on January 29, Juche 92 (2003), clarifies the idea that the Songun revolutionary line, the Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea, is a powerful political mode in the present era which carried forward and developed President Kim Il Sung's idea and line of giving importance to the army and a scientific revolutionary line and political mode that most correctly reflected the requirements of the times and the revolution.

It also deals with the validity, advantages and great vitality of the Songun politics.

A book releasing ceremony took place at the Kinshasa City Cultural Center of Democratic Congo on February 15.

Meanwhile, Kim Jong Il's work "On Having a Correct Understanding of Nationalism" was published in pamphlet by the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation on February 16.

The preface of the pamphlet says that the work clarifies the development of the modern society and socialist idea and gives answers to the urgent questions arising in socialist construction in the DPRK.
