Iran Rejects Israel's Allegations

| Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- Iran called on the UN Security Council to act to stop Israel's illegal actions, covert assassinations, threats to use force and policies and terrorist practices against other nations, a media report said. The call was made by Iranian Ambassador at UN Mohammad Khazaee, in a letter rejecting Tel Aviv's statements on Iran's alleged involvement in recent attacks on Israeli targets in Thailand, India, Georgia and Azerbaijan. The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran reiterates that there should be no double standards in fighting terrorism, noted the text circulated at the UN headquarters in New York. |
