The U.S. imperialist aggression troops and offensive means for preemptive nuclear attack have already been deployed in and around south Korea. The three services of the south Korean army have been put in a wartime posture.

The drills with a main emphasis on the rapid movement of the reinforcements of the U.S. troops to the forefront have brought together hundreds of thousands of GIs, south Korean forces and huge war equipment.

They also activated all kinds of radars, reconnaissance planes and other monitoring means in the forefront area and put all south Korean fighters and offensive weapons including artillery pieces in the forefront combat ready.
