The Lee Myung Bak group's call for "dialogue" is just sophism to hide its attempt to invade the DPRK.

The war drills amount to a provocation that chills the atmosphere of dialogue.

It is prerequisite for having a dialogue to create sound atmosphere. Only stable atmosphere guarantees smooth dialogue.

"Dialogue" is not a word becoming to the south Korean authorities as they are staging high-stake war exercises.

Short while ago, the Policy Department of the DPRK National Defence Commission in an open questionnaire urged the south Korean authorities to end their hostile acts against the DPRK and create an atmosphere if they honestly intend to enter into dialogue and mend the fence with the DPRK.

But the Lee Myung Bak group responded to the DPRK's proposal with large-scale war drills, an evident military provocation to it and an indication of its plan to invade the DPRK.

All the facts give the lie to the group's call for "dialogue".
