Pyongyang, February 28 (KCNA) -- The Central Mining Research Institute of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has recently made a new additive to improve the quality of lubricants. Its researchers succeeded in getting products of second-stage processing with high degree of purity from natural minerals and developed ultrafine grinding technology on this basis. They also settled problems arising in establishing the standardization of product and technologies for its quality assurance and application, thus making the additive a high-tech product suited to international quality standard index in terms of purity degree and particle size. For its high effectiveness this lubricant additive makes it possible to prolong the serviceable life of bearings twice and the replacement cycle of lubricants thrice. It has already been introduced in various economic units of the country. |
