It also carried news that a DPRK book, photo and handcraft exhibition was held in Russia and a reception given at the DPRK embassy in Moscow on the Day of the Shining Star.

It carried content of reports of Russia's media asserting that Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military drills staged by the U.S. and the south Korean authorities are the DPRK-targeted war drills which render the situation on the Korean peninsula extremely tense.
