The military drills simulating an all-out war, a limited war and "contingency" of someone are apparently offensive drills the keynote of which is to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and infiltrate massive armed forces to the north.

The U.S. speaks loudly of the "dialogue" with the north in public but behind the scene it launches the military drills targeting its dialogue partner. This reveals its sinister aim not to give up its policy to stifle the DPRK, they noted.

In order to tide over the danger of a war and ensure the peace on the Korean Peninsula, it is necessary for the bellicose forces to end the offensive drills against the north, cancel all the future plans of war drills, replace the Armistice Agreement with peace accord and abrogate the south Korea-U.S. alliance.

In order to get the war drills for aggression stopped, the people should be awakened to their illegality so that they can turn out for the U.S. forces' withdrawal from south Korea.
