Cuba Defends Palestinian Self-determination in Kuds

| Pyongyang, March 2 (KCNA) -- Cuba's Ambassador to Qatar, Armando Vergara, defended the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and to establish an independent state with its capital in east Kuds, harassed again by Israel at an international meeting on Feb. 28. Sources from the Cuban embassy in Doha highlighted the diplomat's intervention in the international conference in defense of the holy city. East Kuds is an inseparable part of the occupied Palestinian State, he noted. He said that Cuba supports without hesitation the steps taken in the UN General Assembly to achieve the proclamation of the Palestinian State as a full member. |
