The work, published on Feb. 20, Juche 81 (1992), says that the effectuation of the "Agreement on Reconciliation, Nonaggression, and Cooperation and Exchange between North and South" and the "Joint Declaration on the Denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula" is an epoch-making event in achieving peace and the reunification of the country. It also indicates the way of pushing forward the struggle for the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.
