Rodong Sinmun on Monday says in a by-lined commentary in this regard: What this vicious warmonger recklessly blustered, blinded with the wild ambition for invading the north, is the height of political and military provocation.

His grumbling about "provocation" from someone itself is an unpardonable provocation to the DPRK, the commentary notes, and goes on:

As far as traitor Kim Kwan Jin is concerned, he has been more frantic than anybody else in the confrontation with fellow countrymen, taking the lead in carrying out the south Korean conservative authorities' policy of war of aggression against the north. No sooner had he assumed the post of minister of Defense than let loose such provocative outbursts as "stern punishment" and "retaliation," escalating the north-south confrontation and desperately fanning up war fever. In the wake of the Yonphyong island shelling incident, he issued a dangerous skirmish instruction called "take action first and report later," giving the officers of the puppet army on the forefront the right to fire as they please.

Hoodlums of the puppet army set up target boards bearing slogans hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and its system and fired bullets and shells at them. Not content with this, they carelessly hung the portraits of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu on the walls and gates of buildings and scrawled unspeakable defamatory words below them. It was none other than Kim Kwan Jin who masterminded this thrice-cursed hooliganism.

The army and people of the DPRK are taking strict tabs not only on the military provocations perpetrated by him, seized with extreme bitterness towards compatriots, but also the recent most hideous provocation committed by him against the nation. They will chase him to the last no matter where he goes in hiding and mercilessly punish him.
