The south Korean authorities and military are well advised to bear in their minds that the DPRK did not make an empty talk when declared in harsh tones that it would react to war provocation with war means more powerful than the nuclear weapons and state-of-the-art striking equipment, it warned.

The statement urged the Lee Myung Bak regime to kneel before the nation and make an apology for its crimes.
