In the course of investigation the security authorities confiscated notebooks and memory of the managing director of the Korean Amateur Athletes Federation, a computer of its vice-chairman and a computer server of the travel agency.

They strictly searched offices of other organizations there and took pictures there under the pretext of verifying the hall.

Minju Joson Wednesday says in a bylined commentary in this regard:

This is absolutely intolerable as this was another politically motivated repressive campaign of the Japanese reactionaries against Chongryon.

Chongryon has protected the national rights and interests of the Koreans in Japan and waged a vigorous patriotic movement for the homeland and the nation in an alien land, the commentary notes, and goes on:

Such activities of Chongryon are fair and not contrary to the Japanese law.

What should not be overlooked is that such anti-DPRK, anti-Chongryon campaign is getting more undisguised than ever before, timed to coincide with the moves of the U.S. imperialists and the Lee Myung Bak group to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK and their racket for a war against it.

The Korean people are greatly infuriated by the rash acts of the Japanese reactionaries to stamp out Chongryon, not content with the false propaganda conducted by them against the DPRK overtly and covertly in league with the U.S. imperialists and the Lee group even after the great loss to the nation.

The Japanese reactionaries would be well advised to properly understand the Korean people's towering hatred toward Japan and behave themselves.
