The inter-Korean relations have reached the worst phase and the situation on the Peninsula has inched close to the war phase due to the DPRK-targeted Foal Eagle joint military drills, the large-scale field mobile exercises kicked off by the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers from March 1, the article says, and goes on:

The military drills are the product of the U.S. aggression policy toward the north and the south Korean rulers' ambition for invasion of the north. This dangerous war rehearsal has been regularly staged and systematically escalated being fraught with the spark of a nuclear war.

Foal Eagle joint military drills were kicked off, pursuant to the OPLAN 5027, the scenario for an all-out war against the north, and the OPLAN 5029 allegedly to cope with "contingency".

OPLAN 5027 is a three-dimensional nuclear attack operation against the north consisting of five stages -- the phase of deterrence, the phase of neutralization, the phase of ground attack, the phase of expanding war successes and the phase of realizing unification under the system of liberal democracy.

OPLAN 5029, which divides the "contingency" into six kinds, basically aims to intentionally create a war phase on the Peninsula and spark military conflict to cope with it.

All facts clearly prove that Foal Eagle joint military drills are a provocative and dangerous saber-rattling against the north.

This shows what a phase the U.S. and the south Korean warmongers' war hysteria aimed to invade the north has reached as it is an open declaration of a war against the DPRK.
