The article said that large-scale Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military exercises have been under way since Feb. 27 with hundreds of thousands of troops involved at a time when ceaseless drills for a war against the DPRK are going on in collusion with the U.S.

To insist that the joint military exercises pursuant to OPLAN 5027 and OPLAN 5029 are defensive ones is as shameless an act as trying to eclipse the sun with a palm.

The saber-rattling that may lead to an all-out war is an action of disturbing peace and stability as it is a product of the U.S. military presence in south Korea and its hostile policy toward the DPRK and the south Korean authorities' cooperation with the U.S.

The article urged the south Korean and U.S. authorities to stop military actions for stifling the DPRK but withdraw the U.S. forces from south Korea.
