Rodong Sinmun U.S. War Moves Are Bound to Fail

Pyongyang, March 12 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists, who have fought wars of aggression in different parts of the world, are now creating terror-ridden atmosphere aligned with Israel in the Mideast and with the south Korean puppet forces and the Japanese reactionaries in and around the Korean Peninsula, says Rodong Sinmun Monday in a bylined article.

The imperialists' moves for a war can never escape strong rebuff and denunciation of the world peace-loving people, the article notes, and goes on:

Imperialism never goes to ruin of itself. Only strong actions on the part of independent forces can accelerate the ruin of imperialism.

The spirit of independence against imperialism serves as the most powerful weapon for foiling the imperialists' moves for war.

The U.S. imperialists dare not provoke the DPRK as they are fearful of the Korean people who are firmly united in the spirit of devotedly defending the leader.

Not word but strong capabilities for self-defence can frustrate the imperialists' outrageous war moves.

Countries aspiring independence against imperialism can achieve durable peace when they protest against imperialists' moves for a war of aggression by their concerted efforts.

Victory is in store for the world peace-loving people fighting the imperialists' outdated and reactionary war moves.
