At the conference the organization denounced the "government" of Lee Myung Bak for planning to put the FTA into force on March 15 although the nature of the FTA as an agreement causing losses to south Korea and unequal one and the one infringing upon its sovereignty has been brought to light.

The organization also assailed the Saenuri Party for zealously backing the effectuation of the humiliating agreement, far from reflecting on its wrong act of railroading the agreement through the "National Assembly".

It declared that it would launch widespread actions including a candlelight rally after proclaiming an emergency situation to check the effectuation of the FTA.
