Noting that Kim Jong Il was a peerlessly great man with the spirit of Paektu, she said:

Kim Jong Il, a man of pen and sword, developed and enriched the Juche idea with his extraordinary ideological and theoretical activities.

He also pursued the Songun politics to defend the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK.

He smashed the aggression moves of the hostile forces and developed the DPRK into a power with nuclear deterrent, striking the international community by admiration.

He also made a great contribution to hastening the building of a thriving nation in the DPRK and safeguarding global peace and security.

Upon hearing the news of his demise, I visited the DPRK mission in Paris.

I expressed profound condolences to the Korean people who suffered a great loss to the nation and shared sorrows with the Korean comrades.

I could hardly hold back tears when I pictured his smiling image.

Though he passed away, his immortal exploits will shine long.

He will always remain in the hearts of mankind.

The cause of the Juche revolution will be successfully carried forward by supreme leader Kim Jong Un, who is identical to Kim Jong Il in the idea, leadership and traits, and the Korean people remaining true to his leadership.

We will make positive efforts to let the people in France and all other parts of Europe know about the great life and exploits of Kim Jong Il.

I am sure that the Korean people will achieve greater successes in the building of a great prosperous and powerful nation.
