Pyongyang, March 20 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy posted on its internet homepage on March 11 an article introducing the struggle of south Korean people against the Lee Myung Bak regime's unpopular and anti-reunification moves. The homepage introduced the ongoing dynamic struggle of various opposition parties including the Democratic United Party and civic and public organizations and people of south Korea in protest against the country-selling policy of traitor Lee Myung Bak, labeling four years of Lee's office as a period of driving democracy, people's livelihood and their rights, economy and peace into catastrophe. Civic and public organizations in south Korea held rallies and press conferences in Seoul to accuse the U.S. imperialists and south Korean warmongers of staging exercises for a war against the DPRK, the article said, and went on: Prevailing on the Korean Peninsula is a touch-and-go situation. The south Korean puppet forces kicked off the thrice-cursed provocative act of hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, not content with their large-scale joint military drills for invading the north in collusion with the U.S. imperialists. The hideous provocations committed by the Lee Myung Bak group are not only dangerous actions to ignite a war against the north on the Korean Peninsula but crimes against the nation and reunification as they block national reconciliation and unity and persistently hamstring efforts to improve the north-south relations. The peace-loving Korean people who have waged a strenuous struggle for national reunification are all out in their patriotic sacred war in order to wipe out the group of traitors hell-bent on its moves to provoke a war. They are sure to resolutely punish the Lee Myung Bak group in the name of the times and history. |
