Present there on invitation were officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Extraordinary Situation of Russia, the Gazprom, the "Russian Railways" Company and the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK and officials concerned.

Present there were the DPRK ambassador to Russia and staff members of his embassy.

The participants laid bouquets before the full-length painting of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

They went round photos displayed on the themes of "The great leader of the Korean people Comrade Kim Jong Il" and "Whole life dedicated to the people".

Speeches were made at the reception.

Meanwhile, a film show and a reception took place at the DPRK consulate-general in Nakhodka on March 16.
