The meeting reviewed the work of the Committee for 2011 and discussed the orientation of its work for 2012.

A report by Pak Myong Chol, minister of Physical Culture and Sports and chairman of the Committee, was followed by speeches.

They called for enhancing the functions and roles of the Committee and event-specific associations, and further developing Korean-style techniques for every sports event.
