The books are "Benevolent Sun of Love" (Vols. 5 and 6) and "Option of Fate" (Vols. 1 and 2).

The former contains stories about loving care leader Kim Jong Il showed for the people while bringing about an epoch-making turn in the effort for socialist construction and national reunification in the period from April 2002 to October 2010.

The latter deals with practical experiences of writer Sok Yun Gi, poet Pak Se Yong, film director Pak Hak, and movie star O Hyang Mun and other men of literature and arts, who came under the care of the DPRK to lead a genuine, happy and worthwhile life. It also shows their pictures and introduces their careers.
