A Korean book, photo and handicraft exhibition, lecture and film show took place in Brazil and a lecture in Guinea between March 14 and 16.

On display in the venue of the exhibition were works of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, photos on their exploits, books and pictures introducing the DPRK and handicrafts associated with wisdom and skills of Koreans.

The chairman of the Santa Catarina State Legislative Council of Brazil said that the exhibition would offer visitors an opportunity to know well about the Korean people who have registered signal achievements in all fields, weathering stern trials under the steersmanship of their great leaders.

The chairperson of the Santa Catarina State Committee of the Party for Free Motherland of Brazil praised Kim Il Sung as the greatest man who freed the Korean people from exploitation and oppression and built a socialist power centered on the popular masses independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence in the DPRK.

The chairperson of the Santa Catarina State Committee of the Brazilian Communist Party noted that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il would always be remembered by progressive mankind as the sun for their undying feats performed in the Korean revolution and global independence.

The chief of the Guinean Group for the Study of February 16 Art introduced the legends about the loving care shown by Kim Il Sung for the people, adding that he was totally dedicated to the people's happiness.
