It deals with the truth that Kim Jong Il was just the strength of Korea, which the people had experienced for the past 20 years when breathtaking events were taking place in the DPRK.

The song "The General Will Live Forever as the Sun" reflects the people's wish for the immortality of Kim Jong Il.

The song "Yearning Is Boundless" well represents the will of servicepersons and civilians to always hold Kim Jong Il in high esteem and remain loyal to the dear respected Kim Jong Un, true to his behests.

"General Kim Jong Il's People, Rise up", "Guidance Tour of Frontline Units Will Last Forever", "Korea in December", "We Will Not Sit Still with Tears" and "People Find Courage in His Image" -- all these poems and lyrics reflect the ardent yearning for the leader and the steadfast will of the army and people to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche under the guidance of the Workers' Party of Korea.
