A wreath in the joint name of the WPK Central Committee, the WPK Central Military Commission, the DPRK National Defence Commission, the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly and the DPRK Cabinet was seen before the portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Un together with senior officials of the party, the state and armed forces organs entered the hall where the portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il is hung.
