The work, published on July 26, 1996, clarifies the idea that the Juche philosophy is an original philosophy evolved and systematized with its peculiar principles and a revolutionary and popular philosophy which truly serves the purpose of the struggle of the popular masses for independence.

It also indicates the tasks to study, explain and disseminate the Juche philosophy as required by the intention of the Party and thoroughly apply it to revolutionary practice.
