The reminiscences comprehensively deal with the histories of glorious revolutionary activities of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and tell about their wise leadership, noble virtues and undying feats.

A hundred volumes of "Among the People" contain more than 1,810 reminiscences, 20 volumes of "Reminiscences of Anti-Japanese Guerillas" some 440 reminiscences and 70 volumes of "Glorifying the Era of Juche" some 1,120 reminiscences.

Present at the meeting were Kim Yong Nam, Kim Ki Nam and other officials, mediapersons, related persons and officials and citizens in Pyongyang.

"Glorifying the Era of Juche" was awarded Kim Il Sung Prize and "Reminiscences of Anti-Japanese Guerillas" the People's Prize.

Kim Ki Nam, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, said in his report that Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il are lauded as the greatest men in history for their ideological and theoretical wisdom, leadership art and traits.

The collection of reminiscences serves as a powerful ideological weapon for training the party members, servicepersons, working people and youth and students as indomitable and ardent revolutionaries.

The books powerfully encourage the service personnel and people in their effort to fling open the gate to a thriving nation under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
