The 12th issue of Russian paper Patriot devoted its two whole pages to a special write-up interwoven with photos of President Kim Il Sung and General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

The paper said:

The visitors to the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun pay high tribute to Kim Il Sung, an outstanding leader of progressive humankind. They keenly realize how great his feats are.

The Kumsusan Palace of the Sun where the great leaders who dedicated all their lives to the country and people lie in state is the place where the progressives all over the world share their reverence for them.

Uruguayan paper La Juventud on March 20 dedicated its whole page to an article titled "DPRK, Centenary of Birth of Kim Il Sung" illustrated with the portrait of smiling President.

The paper noted that all the eye-catching events in the drive for turning the DPRK into a thriving nation at present are the brilliant realization of the ideal and desire of the President.

The March issue of Pakistani magazine Diplomatic Focus allotted eight pages to a special write-up under the title "On Centenary of Birth of President Kim Il Sung."

The March 19th issue of Bangladeshi paper Natun Katha carried an article captioned "DPRK, Continuity of Socialist Cause".

The paper recalled that the President, leading the Korean revolution for years, turned the DPRK into a socialist power, independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence, and that Kim Jong Il successfully carried forward the President's idea and cause.
