The participants paid silent tribute to Kim Jong Il.

The deputy general manager for science of the company of the Russian Technical Glass Research Institute said that Kim Jong Il was a great friend of the Russian people who made undying contributions to developing the friendly and cooperative relations between Russia and the DPRK. Kim Jong Il will always be alive in the hearts of not only the Korean people but the Russian people, he added.

The director of the International Department of the Leftwing People's Party of Communists of Italy noted that the progressive political parties and the revolutionary people struggling for socialism and independence are praying for the immortality of Kim Jong Il.

The director expressed deep reverence for him who made great contributions to the Korean revolution and global independence.

The director said that the Korean people are reliably defending Korean-style socialism while shattering the U.S. and all other hostile forces' moves for aggression and war, single-mindedly rallied around the dear respected Kim Jong Un who is reliably carrying forward the revolutionary cause of Kim Jong Il.
