Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification (Pomminryon) made public a statement on Mar. 24 in denunciation of the "government' authorities" unethical behavior. Recalling that Ryu U Ik, minister of Unification, flatly turned down the application of the organization for paying a condolatory visit to the north on the 100th day since the demise of Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, the statement branded it as an unethical, reckless act of the dictatorial "government." There prevails such critical situation that no one knows when a war may break out due to the worst confrontation caused by those guys including Lee Myung Bak and Kim Kwan Jin who hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK. It is, therefore, the minimum way for putting the situation under control by letting even mourners of a non-governmental body visit the north to express condolences as they are not in a position to do so under this situation, the statement added. Nevertheless, the authorities blocked the condolatory visit of the South Headquarters of Pomminryon at last, it noted, warning the present "government" is bound to face unabated curse and denunciation from compatriots and terrible actions for punishing them. It held that the authorities should be held responsible for dictatorial action of hamstringing the efforts of the Headquarters to improve the north-south relations. The organization will wage a stubborn struggle to bring down dictatorship and protect peace from a war under the banner of "By our nation itself," it concluded. |
