Chinese FM Spokesman Rejects U.S. Interference in Its Internal Affairs

Beijing, March 29 (KCNA) -- Hong Lei, a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, in a press conference on Wednesday, scathingly condemned the U.S. for its moves to interfere in the internal affairs of China.

The Foreign Relations Committee of the U.S. Senate on March 27 adopted a resolution on Tibet and abused China's policy on it. In this connection Hong voiced China's stand of resolutely opposing some U.S. senators' acts of confusing right and wrong and interfering in the internal affairs of China under the pretext of the Tibet issue.

China demands U.S. congressmen see through the fact, drop prejudice and stop all acts of interfering in the internal affairs of China, Hong stressed.
