The work published on August 4, 1997 deals with undying feats performed by President Kim Il Sung for the cause of national reunification.

In the work the three principles of national reunification, 10-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo are formulated as the three charters for national reunification and tasks and ways to achieve national reunification based on them are indicated.
