He said that the President founded the Juche idea and the Songun idea, guiding idea of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and socialist Korea.

He went on:

The WPK and the Korean people have victoriously pushed forward the revolution and construction under the banner of the Juche idea and the Songun idea.

We can say all the signal achievements in the DPRK mean victory and fruition of the Juche idea and the Songun idea.

Speaking highly of the immortal exploits the President performed by founding the party, state and army and strengthening and developing them, he continued:

The DPRK is praised by the world people aspiring after socialism as a country centered on the popular masses.

This would have been unthinkable without socialism of eternal vitality built by Kim Il Sung.

Garib Newaz, president of the Bangladesh People's League, in his statement on March 27, also praised Kim Il Sung as an outstanding leader of the world people struggling for independence.
