Speakers at the rally accused the "Saenuri Party" of having made a deceptive commitment again with the forthcoming general election as an occasion, charging that it has not yet come to senses.

The political camp is getting frantic in its false propaganda while displaying generosity to the people whenever political election draws on, they deplored.

Saying that a solution to the problem of the registration fee has not been settled yet though voices demanding for its solution have grown stronger this year in the wake of last year, they expressed the will of students to vote for a candidate with the ability to get the registration fee halved.

Prior to the rally, the students marched along the streets in various areas in Seoul.
