The work published on April 11, 2007 comprehensively clarifies the character, mission, position and role of the house and other ideological and theoretical issues. It also gives the most scientific clarification of the house's appearance as an important base for all-people education.

Present at the seminar were officials of ministries, national institutions and in the fields of science and education and officials and employees of the study house and scientists and technicians in Pyongyang.

They heard five papers proving the validity, advantages and vitality of the all-people education policy of the Workers' Party of Korea and Korean-style social education system.

The speakers said that Kim Jong Il's work is a famous one which gives perfect answers to all issues arising in enforcing all-people education for the first time in the human history of education.

The originality of the idea clarified by the work lies in that it opened a new chapter in making a contribution to the development of science and technology in the country by raising the politico-ideological, cultural, scientific and technical level of the working people, they said.

They called upon the officials and other working people to glorify long the feats of the great persons of Mt. Paektu associated with the grand hall for all-people study and remain loyal to the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
