DPRK Books Donated to Equatorial Guinea
Pyongyang, April 5 (KCNA) -- A ceremony of donating DPRK books took place at the building of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea on March 28 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun).

Kim Il Sung's reminiscences "With the Century" and DPRK books on his feats were handed to Lucas Nguema Esono, general secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea.

The general secretary said in a speech that he deemed it honor to receive books on the revolutionary career and feats of the President on the occasion of the Day of the Sun, adding:

Kim Il Sung is a genuine friend of the African people who sent material and moral support and encouragement to the people of African countries including Equatorial Guinea in their struggle for independence and the building of a new society in the most difficult period.

He is still alive in our hearts for the undying feats he performed for the historic cause of independence and freedom.

The Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea will significantly commemorate the centenary of the birth of the President, the great friend, together with the fraternal Korean people.

Present at the ceremony were members of the leadership of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, the DPRK ambassador to Equatorial Guinea and a staff member of the embassy.
