The festival will bring together many foreign art troupes made up of international and national concours winners and other famous artistes, art groups of overseas compatriots and Korean artistes. The festival is expected to mark the highest in its history.

The East Pyongyang Grand Theater, Pyongyang Grand Theater, Moranbong Theater, Pyongyang Circus Theater, etc. are ready for group and separate performances of art troupes and joint performances. The manufacturing of diplomas and cups to be awarded to the participants of the festival was already finished. Festival posters were printed, drawing interest of the people.
