Aung Thein Lynn, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party, Union of Myanmar, said that the President was the distinguished leader and benevolent father of the Korean people and the world progressive people as he worked energetically for the prosperity of the country and the happiness of its people, reunification of Korea and global independence.

Aung Thein Lynn praised the President as a great thinker and theoretician, matchless political elder and invincible and iron-willed commander.

The organizational secretary of the Struggle for the Peace and Socialism of Italy noted that the President clearly indicated the path to be followed by mankind in the era of independence, adding:

The President met with many party and state heads and prominent figures of foreign countries in his lifetime. Those who met the President praised his noble personality as a great man.

Foreign artistes well known to the world used to participate in the April Spring Friendship Art Festival held to mark the birth anniversary of the President and sing praises of his feats.

He will be always alive in the hearts of all the people along with human history.
