Present at the ceremony were officials and members of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway and the Friendship Society Norway-Korea.

Rita Berger was elected chief of the group.

The ceremony stressed the need to intensify the activities for studying and disseminating the Juche idea and express invariable support for the Korean people in their just cause.
