They included a delegation of the International United Confederation of Koreans led by its Vice-Chairman Kim Chil Song, a delegation of the General Association of Koreans in China (GAKC) led by its Chairwoman Choe Un Bok, a delegation of the elder branch chiefs of the GAKC led by its Honorary Chairman Yang Yong Dong and a delegation of the Youth Federation of Koreans in China led by its Chairperson Kim Yong Nyo.

A delegation of the Korean Social Scientists Association in Japan led by its Chairman Kim Hwa Hyo arrived on the same day to participate in the World Congress on the Juche Idea.
