Foreign Parties, Figures Support DPRK's Planned Satellite Launch
Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- The DPRK's projected launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong-3 has been supported by foreign political parties and figures.

The Workers' Party, Communist Party, Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), Socialist Party and National Socialist Party of Bangladesh in a joint statement on April 5 said it is the exercise of a legitimate, independent right for the DPRK to develop space for peaceful purposes.

No country has a right to find faults with the DPRK's satellite launch, the statement noted.

Chairman of the National Leading Council of the Diversity Unity Party of Indonesia Nurdin Purnomo and its Secretary General Harinde Singh in a joint statement on April 5 said it is an auspicious event for the DPRK to launch satellite Kwangmyongsong-3 with its indigenous technology, adding it deserves appreciation.

The National Leading Council of the Diversity Unity Party extends full support and solidarity to the DPRK's launch of the application satellite and hopes for signal success, it noted.

Antti Sika Aho, chairman of the Finland-Korea Society, in a statement on April 3 said the satellite launch is an expression of the greatest respect for President Kim Il Sung on the centenary of his birth and a proof of the great vitality of the immortal Juche idea.

The Brazilian Centre for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship posted articles on websites on April 2 supporting the projected launch of satellite Kwangmyongsong-3.
