The Conference solemnly declared internally and externally that it decided to hold Kim Jong Il in high esteem as eternal general secretary of the WPK and glorify his revolutionary career and immortal revolutionary exploits for all ages.

The participants paid highest tribute to the WPK which will shine along with the august name of the sun for all ages and loudly shouted "Hurrah!" with ardent reverence and excitement.

The decision to have Kim Jong Il, the genius of ideas and theories, legendary great man and ever-victorious brilliant Songun commander produced by mankind, at the top post of the WPK for all ages and fully preserve and glorify his leadership exploits represents the eternal happiness of millions of party members, service personnel and all other people, his soldiers and disciples, and a great event of the sun's nation.

The Conference strikingly demonstrated the strong will of the army and people of the DPRK to develop the WPK into the eternal party of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il under the experienced and tested leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un, regarding the behests of Kim Jong Il as important guidelines of the WPK, and glorify his revolutionary career and undying exploits for all ages and advance to the last along the road of independence, Songun and socialism.

All the participants are full of revolutionary enthusiasm to work hard to accomplish the cause of Juche revolution and achieve ultimate victory of building a thriving socialist nation with the great national pride and honor of having Kim Jong Il at the top post of the WPK forever.
