The mass game truthfully portrayed North Hwanghae Province that has turned into a socialist paradise under the care of Kim Il Sung and general secretary Kim Jong Il. It also depicted officials, party members and other working people of the province striving for the building of a thriving nation.

As music praising the President resounded in prologue "Long Live Generalissimo Kim Il Sung!" letters reading "Mt. Jongbang Closely Related to Mangyongdae Family", etc., were displayed in the background and the sea of dance was presented on the ground.

Scenes showing a large blast furnace in Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex, Lake Sohung irrigation project, sea of maize in Hwangjugindung Plain amid the playing of popular anthem "Song of Loyalty" reminded the spectators of the life-long devotion made by the President for the economic development and agricultural production of the province.

The performers presented club, ring, half-ring, flag, ribbon and diverse other gymnastics and ever-changing scenes on the background impressively showing the appearance of North Hwanghae Province.
