The letter said:

Witnessing the situation of the homeland which has steadily followed the road of victory while waging a difficult and arduous struggle unprecedented in history, the Koreans in China have keenly realized that the eternal happiness and future of the socialist country are guaranteed as it is blessed with the President, the General and the leader.

The letter evinced the will of the Koreans in China to wage a more dynamic patriotic movement for the prosperity of the country and national reunification with the pride and honor of being overseas citizens of Kim Il Sung's nation and Kim Jong Il's Korea, with Kim Jong Un, identical to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, at the helm of the revolution of Juche.
