The bulletin carried photos of President Kim Il Sung meeting with heads of state of different countries including those of former Soviet Union, China and Cuba in its special column in celebration of the centenary of his birth.

It referred to the anecdotes dealing with a large number of leaders of the world including Stalin, Mao Zedong, Tito and Che Guevara who respected the President, deeply impressed by his personality. It also deals with the fact that the President promulgated the 10-point programme for the great national unity and conducted energetic activities for the unity of the whole nation and national reunification.

The bulletin introduced schools, streets and flowering plants which world progressives named after the august name of the President in deep reverence for the great man.

It also devoted much space to articles praising the life of Kim Il Sung, benevolent father of the people, who dedicated his all to the people's happiness.

The bulletin carried a photo-illustrated account of a meeting held by Koreans in Russia to celebrate the 100th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung's birth.

Seen in the bulletin were news of a joint photo exhibition in New York, the U.S., under the co-sponsorship of the Korean Central News Agency and the Associated Press of the U.S. to mark the Day of the Sun and the news of performance given by the DPRK Unhasu Orchestra in Paris, France, before full houses.
