At all educational institutions of different levels, their branches and shops throughout the country from Pyongyang to remote northern mountain villages, villages near the Military Demarcation Line and far-flung islands, the schoolchildren and students, their parents, educators and commercial workers are rejoiced and excited to receive the new uniforms associated with the behests of leader Kim Jong Il and the warm loving care of the dear respected Kim Jong Un.

The President showed such loving care at each stage of revolution with the same boundless benevolence as he provided new dresses to members of the Children's Corps in Maanshan by spending 20 won associated with so many stories in the days of the anti-Japanese struggle.

As early as in the period of building a new country after the liberation of Korea he gave an important instruction on supplying uniforms to the students of the universities and colleges every year. In the post-war period he took a state measure for providing uniforms to the children free of charge.

Under his loving care uniforms were simultaneously supplied to the school youth and children throughout the country who accounted for one fourth of the population in 1959, an event unprecedented in history.

In July of 1994, the last period of his great life, too, he learned about the supply of new uniforms to students at the historic consultative meeting with leading officials in the economic field and was pleased with it.

The President's policy which called on the state to supply uniforms to the children was carried forward under the noble loving care of leader Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Il made sure that the children and students of all educational institutions throughout the country ranging from kindergartens to universities were provided with new dresses, school bags and things on the occasion of the 65th birthday of the President.

Even in the period of the Arduous March, forced march when everything was in short supply, he paid deep attention to the issue of school uniforms. His love for them was boundless generation after generation.

The supply of new uniforms to all school youth and children on the centenary of the birth of the President is associated with the loving care of Kim Jong Il who was deeply considerate of making the happy younger generation clad well till the last moments of his life.

Kim Jong Il who worked heart and soul for the future of the country is no longer with us, but the dear respected Kim Jong Un saw to it that uniforms associated with the loving care of the leader are supplied to the students of the DPRK, true to his behest.

A large number of teachers including new teachers were provided with clothing materials so that they might get new dresses according to their favor and likings.
