DPRK, Vietnam Sign 2012-2014 Plan for Cultural Exchange

| Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- The 2012-2014 plan for cultural exchange between the DPRK Ministry of Culture and the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was signed with due ceremony here Saturday. Present there from the DPRK side were Han Chol, vice-minister of Culture, and officials concerned and from the Vietnamese side the delegation of the government cultural delegation headed by Ho Anh Tuan, vice-minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Nguyen Dinh Duong, minister counselor of the Vietnamese embassy here. |
