The work, published on April 15, 1992, clarifies that the President's life spanning 80 years is the one of struggle devoted to the people as their son and that the Workers' Party of Korea firmly adhered to the stand and principle of Juche with the Juche idea as its guidelines all the time in the whole period of the revolution and construction. It said that the common task of the Korean people and the world people is to build a new independent world.

Its releasing ceremony took place in the Pravda on April 6.
