The letter said:

You command the tremendous respect of the international community and attract the hearts of the progressive peoples as you are exactly the same as His Excellency Kim Il Sung, and His Excellency Kim Jong Il in terms of ideology, leadership and personal traits and lead Korea with such youthful vigor.

Thanks to you the new century of Juche of Kim Il Sung's Korea will be brighter than ever and the 21st century will be shining as the one when the global cause of independence will be fully realized.

As we have been followers of the great ideas of His Excellency Kim Il Sung and His Excellency Kim Jong Il, and supporters of their righteous cause, attracted by their great personalities, we will entrust the future of the global cause of independence to Your Excellency Kim Jong Un and do our best to extend our solidarity to Songun Korea in the future.
